FAQ'S.

  • Can I order specially designed pendants and/or earrings?
Since each piece is handcrafted and no two are every exactly alike it makes it very difficult to just say "yes".  We would entertain the idea as long as we had a sketch and a description of what you had in mind.  Please remember, though, there are so many variables that it is impossible to guarantee the exact color you have in mind.

  •  Do glass items break?
During the fusing process the glass is annealed which makes it much less susceptible to breakage.  As long as normal care it taken, the pendants and earrings will last indefinitely.  

  • I have lost one of my earrings.  Can you make a replacement for me?
Because each item is handmade, it is not realistic for me to try to match something I made previously, especially if I don't have the original to look at.  You may contact me and send a photo of the item and I will let you know if I think I can match it.

  • I want several pieces or sets of the same item for my wedding party.  Can you make them
I can make special order sets with enough lead time.
  • How long do the glass pendants/earrings last?   
As long as they are handled reasonably they will last indefinitely.  Like any fine jewelry, a     certain amount of care is necessary. 

  • If I need something right away can you get it to me quickly.
We try to use the most cost effective means for the customer but if you have an immediate need we will make arrangements for over night shipping at the lower of the rates from UPS or USPS
